These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle rentals and services provided by TJC Auto Connect.

Eligibility

Renters must meet all eligibility requirements set by TJC Auto Connect, including valid driver’s license, insurance verification, age requirements, and any additional criteria communicated at the time of booking.

Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing, rental duration, deposits, and payment terms will be communicated prior to confirmation. Failure to complete payment or verification may result in cancellation.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used lawfully and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. Prohibited uses may include but are not limited to racing, reckless driving, off-road use, or use by unauthorized drivers.

Responsibility and Liability

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damages, violations, fines, tolls, or losses incurred while the vehicle is in their possession.

Insurance and Damage

Insurance requirements and coverage options will be disclosed prior to rental. The renter may be responsible for deductibles, damages, or costs not covered by insurance.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies will be provided at the time of booking. Fees may apply depending on notice period and rental type.

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are delivered clean and inspected. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Termination

TJC Auto Connect reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the vehicle.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TJC Auto Connect from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your rental or use of our vehicles.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
